POMBO ABOGADOS is led by Carlos Pombo, a practicing lawyer with more than 15 years of experience advising on commercial, real estate and civil litigation matters to, among others, investment banks, family offices, private investors, and leading national and international companies in their respective sectors, such as real estate development, retail, renewable energies, private equity, e-commerce or IT. Before founding POMBO ABOGADOS, Carlos Pombo worked in prestigious national and international law firms.

Carlos Pombo graduated in Law (with honours) at Universidad Alfonso X in Madrid and obtained a master’s degree (LL.M. in International Business Law) from the prestigious law school Washington College of Law – American University. In addition, he has authored and co-authored several articles and doctrinal manuals related to his areas of practice.
