We only accept clients and matters with which it is feasible to apply all the due diligence measures set forth under the applicable AML regulations, relating to the knowledge of the nature of the professional or business activity of its clients, the source of their funds, and their formal identification.
Confidentiality.
We will maintain at all times a total confidentiality regarding the information or documentation to which you may have access to as a result of advising our clients.
Fight against corruption (bribery and private corruption).
We will reject any conduct that tends to unjustifiably alter the will of third parties, both in the public and private sectors. We do not tolerate corruption, in any of its manifestations.
